When a homeowner has an issue regarding their property such as a leak or possible storm damage, Ultimate Exteriors provides a free, no obligation inspection. You are given priority status with Ultimate Exteriors and are contacted within hours…instead of days, weeks or not all. 

Claim Management Program
Ultimate Exteriors offers a complimentary Claim Management Program. Over the years, we have dealt with countless insurance claims. Our Project Managers have the experience and integrity to determine whether there is sufficient damage to merit filing a claim. Not all inspections will result in a claim. Sometimes it’s just a simple repair. We advise the homeowner of all their options.
A Project Manager is assigned to assist with the claims process from the initial inspection through project completion. 
 The Project Manager will:
  • Provide a personalized checklist to guide the homeowner through the claims process
  • Upon request, be available to meet and assist the Field Adjuster
  • Complete a comprehensive review of the insurance summary with the homeowner
  • Discuss all project options with the homeowner including energy tax credits and the benefits of impact resistant roofing
  • Supervise and inspect the project to insure the job is completed based on our strict craftsmanship quality guidelines
  • Provide all the documentation required to release any withheld funds such as depreciation
  • Provide the proper documentation for a possible reduction in premium if a Class 4, Impact Resistant product is selected
